Today, Governor Greg Abbott’s campaign released “Getting The Job Done At The Border,” a new state-wide television ad featuring Sheriff Bill Waybourn and Sheriff Ray Del Bosque. The ad highlights the work that Governor Greg Abbott has done to secure the southern border.

SHERIFF BILL WAYBOURN, TARRANT COUNTY: “There’s a clear and present danger in neighborhoods like this. It’s deadly fentanyl, and it’s killing our kids. How’s it getting here?”
SHERIFF RAY DEL BOSQUE, ZAPATA COUNTY: “Right here, through our border. That’s why Governor Abbott deployed the National Guard to assist law enforcement at the border. He’s given us new authority to arrest trespassers and has increased jail capacity to handle criminal arrests.”
SHERIFF DEL BOSQUE: “Joe Biden should be securing this border, but he won’t.”
