AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott today announced that he is endorsing Representative Ryan Guillen for House District 31.
“In his first full legislative session as a Republican, Ryan Guillen fought for the conservative values that help make Texas the land of freedom, opportunity, and prosperity,” said Governor Abbott. “He helped pass key laws to crack down on drug and human trafficking, sweeping border security measures to help Texas respond to President Biden’s border crisis, and lower property taxes for all Texans. I was with Ryan two years ago when he officially joined the Republican party, and I am proud to continue to be with him now. I encourage all Texans across House District 31 to join me in supporting Representative Ryan Guillen for re-election.”
