AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott today announced that he is endorsing Representative Cody Vasut for House District 25.
“Representative Cody Vasut has been a dependable, conservative leader who helped push pro-economic policies to bring Texas’ economy to new heights,” said Governor Abbott. “He helped deliver the largest property tax cut in Texas history—with over $18 billion going back into the pockets of hardworking Texans—and was instrumental in passing sweeping border security measures to respond to President Biden’s open border policies. I need Cody back in Austin to help me continue to build an even bigger, better Texas. I urge all Texans across House District 25 to join me in supporting him for re-election.”
