BOTH WAYS BETO CALLED OUT FOR FLIP FLOPPING
ON TITLE 42 YET AGAIN

DANA PERINO, FOX NEWS: “He has taken three different positions on Title 42. This is the immigration policy that is on the chopping block right now. Here’s his latest position. Watch here.”
BETO O’ROURKE: “I think it’s time to end Title 42. I don’t think we should have ever implemented it. It is a very cynical reading of US law that again has done nothing to improve public health or safety.”
PERINO: “Now previous he has said that he’s against it. That he’s for it. He’s flip flopped more than John Kerry.”
KARL ROVE: “Yeah, look, Robert Francis O’Rourke is having a problem on a lot of things because, like, for example, he in his earlier incarnation he said he would tear down the border wall. Now he’s not so sure that he would tear down the border wall. He was opposed to Title 42. Now he says we should get rid of it unless we’ve got a replacement. I mean this guy is going to be flip-flopping left and right. Maybe he’s trying to out do John Kerry. If so, he’s succeeding quite well early in the campaign in my opinion.”
BILL HEMMER, FOX NEWS: “What, with the sound bite we just played from this past Sunday, you go 5—I mean 5 days prior he called for— I mean 5 days Karl, it does not make sense to end this until there’s a real plan and the capacity in place to handle those who come over. That’s pretty fast.
ROVE: Yeah. If you don’t like his opinion, wait a couple weeks and he’ll change his mind on it.”
